Working closely with account managers and key stakeholders to increase customer retention and reduce churn for the East of England and East Midlands region. With a base of over 1000 customers across both Private and Public sectors, contributing £21m annual revenue (£17m from mobile and £4m from fixed) I secured £6m and increased revenue by £1.2m through renewals this FY. Previous FY was £5m revenue secured and £750k increase. Churn has reduced year on year whilst in role from 21% and is currently at 13%. Show less
