While I was in the managed markets organization, I worked with Vicki on many projects. She helped me with several contract negotiations - one multi year deal saved my cost center just under $100K. Her team was also very responsive and knowledgeable whenever I called for assistance; in my opinion she empowered them to do their job well. Vicki and her team managed a large work load but always delivered on time and carved out time to ensure projects ran smoothly.

Vicki is a pleasure to work with and goes above and beyond to get valuable initiatives done for the organization. Her team is a well oiled and always improving machine and she is always leading by example.
