Challenger Life is an APRA regulated Life Insurance Company and Challenger Limited is a Non-Operating Holding Company. The Life Company comprises around 95% of the Groups' operating EBIT. The team under my leadership produces the five year business plans, budgets, weekly profit analysis, asset valuation papers and board reports. The Life Financial Control team are responsible for the balance sheet and regulatory reporting for the regulated entity and related entities and associates in the division. These include property trusts, regulated superannuation funds and mortgage securitisation entities.In my last five years t Challenger I also assumed executive director roles on several operating companies within the Challenger Group including a Wind Farm in Victoria and a number of international property companies in France and Eastern Europe.
