I am currently working as part of a Project Team working on the implementation of our New Practice Management System Elite 3e. Within the Project I am the a Subject Matter Expert for Cashiers and Accounts Payable. I have worked in the city for 9 years working for large law firms within the top 100 and am currently working at Charles Russell Speechlys, a top 50 law firm. This role allows me to apply all of my experience in both client and office account transactions to the project and help customise the Elite 3e Practice Management system to best suit the business whilst utilising the funtionality the system has to offer in my workspace. Currently my day to day activities include testing all stock functionality and any customisations to processes within Elite 3e. Supporting this testing I also create documentation throughout my time on the project to highlight any design requirements and changes to the set ups in the background. My role also includes training end users on how to work the system and providing them with supporting Quick Reference Guides on completing a process. My recent project work within 3e has given me a real insight to the technical set ups behind the scenes and I have thrived on the new challenges I have overcome. Show less
