I had the privilege of working with Vicki at Dowden for several years, as a manager and then as a colleague, and I highly recommend her both professionally and personally. She is smart and knowledgeable, the consummate team player and always strives to learn and improve. When Vicki managed a project, everyone trusted her capabilities.
