Vic and I have been peer Sr. PMs for much of the past three (3) years and in my position of Interim Director of the Indianapolis office Vic reported to me. He brings a strong skill set in providing architecture and construction contract administration services. Very experienced in Civic and Criminal Justice markets Vic is organized, responsive and a good team player and leader. Self-motivated and driven, Vic requires little oversight and supervision. Vic would be an asset to virtually any A/E company. Had it not been for loss of business opportunities from the pandemic, Vic would still be contributing at K2M Design.
