From a marketer’s perspective, it’s not often that you come by a ‘finance guy’ like Vic. Why? Because he’s not just about the numbers. Unlike many of his industry counterparts that I have worked with in the past, Vic takes the extra steps and time to understand marketing as a function and why we do what we do. I believe Vic breaks the mould of what a traditional Financial Controller is versus what it should be today. He is approachable, open to discussion, positive and his solution-oriented approach is invaluable. Vic is also personable, incredibly easy to get a long with and is well respected by the marketing team and his peers, myself included. I would highly recommend Vic to any future prospective employer.
