Janhavi Joshi
Vibhanshu is a curious and thoughtful data scientist. He is always willing to learn new technologies and methodologies. Just because he hasn't done something in the past, doesn't mean he would hesitate to take it up. He ensures he gets the full context of the problem, and puts in effort to find creative ways to solve it, learns what he needs to learn to solve the problem at hand. At the end, his work is always high quality, from writing clean code to publishing the findings. In our work together, Vibhanshu has worked on various projects ranging from providing logging requirements, create readout plans, provide insightful analysis and writing ETL pipelines. Things were complex and stressful at times, but Vibhanshu handled them in calmly and gracefully. I am very thankful for Vibhanshu's contributions and a great attitude that made work a pleasant place.

Vibhanshu joined our Analytics group right in the middle of a restructuring in the company - in fact, the business unit he had been hired to support was instead set to be sunset in the next quarter. In what could have been a fraught situation, Vibhanshu handled it with positivity, enthusiasm, and aplomb.
