In my role this past year as Workshop Facilitator at RochesterWorks! I have found Viatta to be a results focused leader with strategic intent and the ability to drive business success. In a career one stop that services over 27,000 clients a year, Viatta doesn't just focus on the numbers but on the people behind the numbers. She always takes the time to fully understand different perspectives and listen to what others have to offer. No matter how difficult the situation, she displays respect for others, is open to their ideas and at the same time, remains true to her role as a leader. She lives the mission of RochesterWorks! in consistently defining our commitment to quality customer service through her actions. It takes a strong yet empathetic leader to maintain a balance between outstanding customer service and a supportive work environment. Viatta understands the challenges today's work environment brings to a career one stop and meets those challenges head on. She is proactive and focused on the future and possesses a unique set of skills that enable her to lead without sacrificing the integrity of her team. Viatta exemplifies all the qualities of a true leader. Additionally, she has a keen understanding of what is needed to build a strong, cohesive team.
