Vanessa worked for me as a Leadership Programs Intern for one year. She took on the role with little prior knowledge of the department but the energy and excitement to do good work for students. Vanessa was a quick learner and was presenting our educational workshops, many she had not seen before, in her first week on the job. Over the course of the year Vanessa presented workshops, helped plan conferences and award programs, grew our social media presence, and helped to build and facilitate brand new programs each semester. She was critical to the success of the growing Leadership Program and I would be happy to work with her again.
