I had an opportunity to collaborate and work with Vincent in one of the projects related to Intersight at Cisco. Though he is from the Sales Team, he has an excellent hold on Software Development. He is very customer centric who brings in a lot of different perspectives during product development. He is a great mentor who had answers/solutions for everything that needed to be addressed. I learnt so many things/qualities just by observing him. Though I worked only for around 6 months with Vincent, I got to learn so many things that would have taken me years. Vincent is very humble, helpful, talented, easily approachable and above all a great human being. I am very fortunate that I got the opportunity to work, experience his mentoring and learn so many qualities from him.
