My latest venture, MG-Composity s.r.o., was founded in 2000 with the target of building different types of restaurants and other development activities. Like a start-up and project manager I established the firm and created brand awareness in the local market with a focus on profitability, setting goals and achieving growth, as well as monitoring and reviewing market competitors, establishing new business program in order to increase sales.
