      Carefully followed the work of Romalda Spalding, and the text "The Writing Road to Reading". Introducing the children to multi-sensory approach using phonetics. Instruction of phonograms that are learned over a three year period that allows for a sequential and fun way of learning reading and spelling comprehension. An "Ayres List" of over 1500 words provides the children with the opportunity to see, read and spell frequently used words according to their age group. Aiding and reviewing proper formation of both lower and upper case cursive writing. Transitioned the program to move on-line due to Covid restrictions while contiinuing on the daily repetition and instruction of tools to be used to aid in reading and writing development.
