  Carefully following the AIM (Accelerated, Integrated Method) French programme.Instructing vocabulary using a highly effective kinesthetic method called the gesture approach in which each word is assigned a hand sign. The program is centered upon specifically designed stories which are also plays. These stories become the focus for integrated language activities that push students to communicate at higher levels as they progress through each unit. Provide a strong emphasis on the development of all four language skills (speaking, listening, reading, and writing). Introducing children to high-frequency functional vocabulary through the use of gestures. Trasnitioned the program on line due to Covid restrictions with daily engaging interaction.

  Carefully followed the work of Romalda Spalding, and the text "The Writing Road to Reading". Introducing the children to multi-sensory approach using phonetics. Instruction of phonograms that are learned over a three year period that allows for a sequential and fun way of learning reading and spelling comprehension. An "Ayres List" of over 1500 words provides the children with the opportunity to see, read and spell frequently used words according to their age group. Aiding and reviewing proper formation of both lower and upper case cursive writing. Transitioned the program to move on-line due to Covid restrictions while contiinuing on the daily repetition and instruction of tools to be used to aid in reading and writing development.
