Not only because I was offered the trust to transform some processes in very short period of time, but most importantly being able to be part of the leadership team in the operation suspension project which it was highly challenging yet rewarding. We were able to prove how HR can demonstrate best partnership to the organisation during the most difficult time, and able to guide through every single separation process in an amicable manner with love and care, to the best possible extent in terms of outplacement and support after termination.
