My most recent position as Research Assistant has provided me with extensive experience in the administration and leadership side of education research and policy analysis. I am presently working on the project title: "Building and Mobilizing Knowledge on Race and Colonialism in Canada (a joint project of York University, Concordia University, Dalhousie University, McMaster University, Ryerson University, University of Manitoba, University of Saskatchewan, University of Toronto, University of Victoria, and the National Film Board of Canada). I am primarily responsible for attending and participating in focus group meetings, and transcribing focus group audios into reports. In addition, I create and organize the literature review and share information with the research team.
