Analyse income statements and provide various reports. Ensure the costs are allocated correctly and departments are within their budgets. Provided report to the retail management, to assist them in analysing the performance of their outlets (i.e. overall expenses, outlet turnovers, staff costs etc.). Provide ad-hoc report to Executives as and when needed. Oversee and authorise all expenses for the betting division. Authorise payroll within the division. Authorise and code all branch stock orders and all other PO’s within the Betting division.

Authorise payroll within the division. Build and run various reports for the division. Monitoring and reporting on all Branch rostering – PGL and WC. Set up processes within the administration department to support managers within the division. Assist with day to day issues – Re Branches and Area Managers.
