      Consult with HR Managers, Controllers, CFOs, Business Owners & other retirement plan fiduciaries of 401(k), 403(b), 457(b), Multiple Employer Plan (MEP), Pooled Employer Plan (PEP), and Defined Benefit Plans to help with their search for the best retirement plan advisor or other service provider for their institution. I also perform a total retirement plan fee audit to ensure all service provider fees of your retirement plan are reasonable. I have met with hundreds of HR Managers, Controllers, CFOs, Business Owners & other individuals with companies who face the challenge of finding the best retirement plan advisor for their organization. They don’t know where to start or how to tell one “broker,” “advisor,” “consultant,” etc. from another & the retirement plan is a small piece of their day to day responsibilities. This is why most companies keep the same, unskilled advisor on their plan year after year or don’t even have an advisor at all, even though the Department of Labor requires companies to perform this due diligence in “periodic intervals”. Being in the retirement plan industry for almost 2 decades & had the privilege of working for organizations who are the best in this business allow me to bring knowledge, expertise, and experience to plan fiduciaries who typically are not experts in this industry. RPAS helps institutions review and/or find their retirement plan advisor partner & other service providers with an independent, unbiased approach, leaving them with prudent documentation of the process they underwent in choosing their retirement plan provider. This also saves an organization the time & money it would take them to do this project on their own. As an industry thought leader, I am also engaged to opine on retirement plan related litigation & invited to speak at HR professional, CPA, Advisor & other industry related continuing education events.
