Veronica is a great teammate and even greater person. She was the exact type of individual I was looking for in the first hire I made when starting up a new business group tasked with defining and executing our regional product strategy in Europe. Shortly after joining the team, I asked Veronica to exclusively focus on launching the company’s new flagship service in Europe. Veronica embodies the meaning of taking true and full ownership. Her sense of accountability and ownership often resulted in Veronica having to learn new skills, meet new people, and solve complex problems, all without much guidance and usually with a high degree of ambiguity. None of those challenges slowed Veronica down. Driven by a strong sense of purpose and a

I met Verónica whilst she was part of the Client Solutions team at Asurion. Verónica consistently showed solid domain expertise, superior analytical rigor, as well as tenacity in navigating complex Client situations. As a Product Manager, Verónica was able to deliver measurable results for our clients while improving user stickiness to our products, partnering with multi-cultural teams and encouraging everyone to put the Client interests at the heart of every endeavour. She in particular developed and implemented innovative and very effective user engagement approaches and initiatives. In addition, Verónica supported my team in various Business Development efforts, where she demonstrated thorough execution together with great client management and interpersonal relationship skills, bringing a distinctive contribution to these efforts. Verónica is a respected and trusted leader, recognized by her co-workers and clients alike.

Part of Asurion’s newly created Client Solutions team, which was established to speed up business development activity and grow Asurion’s product offering in the European region. I had accountability for the Soluto product – an app-based (iOS/Android) engagement platform which offered our Clients (mobile network operators) the opportunity to drive differentiation, increase NPS, increase revenue or reduce churn. My key achievements included: - Driving Clients' success with Soluto and solidifying our offering in Europe by driving the product’s KPIs such app download rate and end user engagement rate - Engaging Clients in the product roadmap by implementing product functionalities developed centrally, conducting UATs, coordinating Pen test and executing global best practices - Executing a portfolio of user engagement initiatives including content, marketing campaigns, app store listings and other, which delivered 5x growth in the user based and doubled the app download rate - Driving Client advocacy for the product whilst serving as a local subject matter expert advising prospective European telecom operators on product design and go-to-market options for Soluto - Building foundations for the product in the region, collaborating with teams in the US and Israel - Providing ongoing consultation to our Clients and being their main point of contact for Soluto My Asurion colleagues, locally and internationally, recognised me for Taking Ownership, Driving Results, being a Team Player and for my resilience and passion as an ambassador for Soluto.

I worked for Visa Europe at a time of great change. Externally, the company faced increased competition arising from an explosion of internet-based competitors leveraging improvements in both technology developments and changes in legislation, including the harmonisations of payments standards across Europe. Internally, Visa remained as an association of European banks whilst increasing its focus on innovationIn this context, I collaborated with several internal functions in the development and implementation of an eCommerce channel strategy which led to the development of new payments products, for which I now have patents granted. The ‘V.me by Visa’ (eWallet) journey was complex and exciting. I played a key role in structuring the multiple workstreams as well as in the development of the pricing strategy, segmentation strategy, go-to-market plans working closely with our launch partners.
