Ensures the efficient running, achievement of sales goals, maintains staffing levels, stays within budget, and is a positive representative of Alaska Geographic and its Partners. And I'm good at it.

New Station Creation Recruited from my former employer to join a team of 7 other experts to build the 1st HD TV station in Alaska. My team transformed an empty warehouse into a fully functional television station. This wide-ranging effort involved coordinating construction projects, communicating with multiple contractors, selecting and purchasing cameras, furniture, and studio equipment, oversight of studio design and construction, housing for set-up, accounting, budget development, policy development, etc. This effort was accomplished in conjunction with the recruitment, training, and supervision of new station personnel. Planned, prioritized, and organized workload for multi-person crews. Provided critical, technical, and scheduling oversight for productions. Trained peers, students, and interns emphasizing in constructive feedback. Coordinated with several departments to create seamless on-air programs. Created visual images utilizing artistic and aesthetic skills. Supervised production staff, crew, students and interns during productions.
