Software Trainer & "Quality Responsible" at Compusoft Group
-
Oct 2019 - Sep 2021
Due to my close contact with customers as a Software Trainer, I have recently taken on the additional "Quality Responsible" role for Compusoft UK. I regularly communicate with developers regarding user requirements, test new software for usability, prepare and improve How-To manuals and conduct informal interviews with customers regarding their experience of our software. My expert level room renders are used to showcase the capabilities of the software to customers and the wider public in promotional and marketing materials.

Software Trainer
-
Apr 2018 - Oct 2019
As a Software Trainer, I deliver tailored and bespoke training courses for small to medium sized groups, either on location at our HQ or on- site at the customer's location. Working in partnership with the Training Responsible lead to develop new course formats and materials, we aim to proactively forsee where customers may have a need for support and knowledge. Building on the skills I learned as a Sales Representative, I also take the initiative in contacting customers to promote our training solutions.

Internal Sales Representative
-
Jan 2018 - Apr 2018
Due to my enthusiasm for VR, I was hand-picked by the CEO to spearhead sales of a brand-new product range, "Showcase: Inspire" and "Showcase: Collaborate". I represented the product range at industry events eg. the KBB tradeshow, and leveraged my existing relationships with our customer base to introduce and promote the new products, both over the phone, and in person. During this time, I continued to create complex and realistic 3D room-set renders, allowing customers to explore interior design concepts as if they were really there. These renders were used to promote the Winner Design, Innoplus and Showcase products in marketing material distributed nationwide; I also created renders to specification requests for European DCs within the Compusoft Group.

Technical Support
-
Dec 2015 - Dec 2017
Support Administrators are the first port of call for customers in need of technical support or product assistance. In this role I developed deep-level product knowledge and strong communication skills, guiding users through installations and diagnostic trouble-shooting by phone and email. Supporting two packages "Winner Design" (for kitchens) and "Innoplus" (for bathrooms) no two days were the same, and I soon became as equally confident in helping customers pick out bathroom lighting as I was in patching registry files and resolving y axis collisions! Over time, I became the "go-to" person for any topic related to the use of Winner Design and Innoplus, both within the company and with customers.

Catalogue Designer
-
Jun 2015 - Dec 2015
As a member of the Data Maintenance team, I contributed to the creation and upkeep of data-rich supplier and manufacturer catalogues. The team were responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legibility of key product information, such as pricing and fit specifications. A key aspect of the role was creating the accurate and detailed 3D assets of manufacturer products used by our customers in their kitchen and bathroom designs.
