Show less

Following up my previous experience as CEO of AIESEC in Sweden, I supported the local AIESEC chapter in Mexico City to set up a new German-Mexican exchange program. This involved support of the local committee in project management as much as coaching for the board members. This additional experience of working at a NGO in Mexico completed my experience in this country. My role involved analyses of market performance and competitors, creation and maintenance of intra - and internet pages as well as quarterly figures. Aligning and improving the CRM system and the sales pipeline was also part of my responsiblity as well as cross-divisional cooperations. Show less

Student Trainee Innovation Management
-
Sep 2011 - Feb 2012
Being curious of how a well-established, rather conservative company as TÜV SÜD is dealing with innovation, I worked as a student trainee (while writing my Master thesis) mainly on various innovation projects such as "E-Mobility", "Embedded Systems" and "Megacities". Moreover I supported the adaptation of the sales-pipelines and product plan, developing new initatives to improve virtual meetings. Despite, I was highly involved in the introduction of a new "reward & recognition" system for innovation, which is well established today. Show less

CEO/ Country Manager

As AIESEC is one of the most democratic workplaces (see WorldBlue List), you have to be elected for the national board. As the CEO of AIESEC in Sweden I was honoured to represent this organisation on a local, national and international level. Leading a team of 3 full time employees and more than 200 volunteers in 6 chapters, I was also responsible for the strategy development process to ensure relevance and performance in the short and long term. Moreover, I had the overall responsibility for all legal actions within AIESEC in Sweden such as legislation and compendium related issues, budget management and financial compliance together with the Vice President of Finance. Along with financial sustainability, I was also accountable for the national partnerships with among others Electrolux and Husqvarna. Focusing on personal development, team management and sustainability I was organising and chairing conferences on local, national and regional level. Cooperating with country managers from all over the world, I also chaired the Membership Committee for AIESEC as a global organisation. Show less
