-One of four undergraduate selected to participate in a collaborated research program between Rice University and Air Alliance Houston -Conducted quantitative research on studying air quality and characterizing air pollution in Houston using statistical models -Constructed a benchmark of air quality which would be used for building an air remediation system (the first one in the US) in Houston near a portion of US 59. -Found that the level of particulate matter 2.5 at highway US 59 at the Hazard St. Bridge was higher than other parts of the city which were already known to be highly polluted. -Presented findings to representative of Air Alliance Houston.
