● Multi-Agent Deep Reinforcement Learning o Implemented a Single-agent stock market trading strategy using Reinforcement Learning and extended it to Multi-Agent settings by replicating the dynamics of the real world. o Implemented FinRL ▪ On APPL stock for a single DRL agent using 5 algorithms (A2C, DDPG, PPO, TD3, SAC). ▪ On Multi stock for single DRL agent using DDPG Algorithm. o Implemented RLib Multi-Agent on single stock as well as multi stock. o Utilized DDPG based Multi-Agent Training and trained the model for different shares ratio and risk aversion levels. o Modeled the liquidation process as a Markov decision process (MDP), minimized the expected implementation shortfall. o Used Cooperative and competitive relationships to check which setting yields the most. ● Adversarial machine learning attacks o Implemented two adversarial attack methods (FGSM -Fast gradient sign method, JSMA -Jacobian saliency map method) on MNIST. o License plate Recognition Models and then perturbing an individual integer as input for adversarial attacks. ● Implemented a neural network for Reinforcement Learning to play against the Atari system, using policy gradient taking images from the game.
