FRC Team Skywalkers #8404 is a student-led, community-first organization that annually competes in the FIRST Robotics Competition. Our team consists of 30 dedicated high-schoolers interested in learning and spreading STEM. By participating in this competition, we get valuable first-hand experience in robot design, programming, mechanical engineering, and electronics, while developing other crucial 21st-century skills in finance, outreach, community impact, teamwork, and problem-solving.I specialize in the operations/logistics, mechanical, business/finance, and design/CAD aspects of the team. I volunteered over a 100 hours at my local Salvation army during the summer to tutor K-6 kids with summer course work and also supervising the children during free time. The service also included joining the kids on field trips as a chaperone.
