  • Controlling and monitoring the flash distillation unit fully automated plant with PLC, to separate HFO - Light end and water from slop. • Check the flow rates, pressure & temperature in pumps and pipe lines. Inspect for proper status of all safety and fire equipment in their designated area such as checking of seals and pressure gauges, verifying the condition of hoses, fire blankets & electrical motors in work site areas, If any abnormal findings immediately reporting to the plant in charge. • Regular rounding in plant for checking Pump Bay, HOT work areas LEL, H2S levels and thermal Expansion leak Etc., • Preparation of daily status reports and maintaining Operation activity log, • Practical experience in loading / unloading to/from vessel and communication with ships including port and Jetty operations. Tank to tank transfer and road tanker. • Checks all plant operating parameters, flow rates, pressure, temperatures, level and detect abnormalities. • Preparation of Tank inspection and work permits for hot work. • Preparation of tank and pump maintenance document. • Sampling and gauging of different product tanks manually. • Boiler operations and maintenance. • Operating oily waste water treatment plant for dispose water as per parameters. • Follow all company Health, Safety and Environment as well as Work permit policies and procedures. • Knowledge in mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and rotating equipment. • Identifying and pursuing cost reduction opportunities Show less
