  • Cater to various shop floor routine activities for Philips project (currently Handled), which includes man power allocations, line balancing, out yield verification at stages, productivity trigger measurements. • Conducting Shop floor meetings along with GYAT meetings with CFT to schedule the plan for execution as per the laid plan. Major attribute being focus on the shortages in the kitting plan executed the preceding day. • Rescheduling the plan if required based on the shortages review. • Focus on the line DPMO failures with the QA/Engg. team for better line yield & continual improvements. • Focus on Shop floor 5S • Active participation in various kaizens.
