  I am an Executive Director in ENSafrica’s project development and project finance department. My experience includes advising on projects participating in the South African Renewable Energy Independent Power Producer Procurement Programme, including but not limited to the financing and development of gas fired power plants, solar PV power plants, wind farms and concentrated solar photovoltaic power projects. I have advised on the financing and development of a number of major infrastructure and energy projects across Africa, including gas-fired power plants, coal fired power stations, renewable energy and cogeneration plants. I have expertise in drafting, negotiating and reviewing financing agreements; power purchase agreements; concession and implementation agreements; security arrangements; engineering, procurement, construction contracts; operation and maintenance contracts, as well as technical, cross-border agreements.I also assists clients with their cross-border legal and regulatory matters.
