  • Identifies opportunities for process improvement and implements strategies to optimize data management and workflow efficiency. • Evaluate current data management processes and make recommendations for improvement to increase efficiency and accuracy in data exchange between the LIMS and EMR systems. • Facilitate connectivity for secure and reliable data transport between DC PHL and EMR o Set up message mappings for data exchange. o Provide end-user training for good data quality. o Develop and implement cues in CLINISYS. o Ensure harmonization with specimen identifiers and data elements. • Facilitate design, implementation, and setup of LIMS ETOR interface. • Facilitate instrumentation integration for Hologic Panther, ABI 7500dx, and Cepheid. • Create Technical bench guides for instrument interface. • Workforce management, contributing to the development and maintenance of an informatics training program for laboratory staff, ensuring effective utilization of data management systems and adherence to best practices: o Provide training guidance documents and tools for new trainees in Informatics. o Conduct annual gap analysis/DMI needs assessment. o Develop and implement training programs for new trainees in Informatics. • Assist in the development and implementation of new informatics initiatives to improve data quality and workflow efficiency. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and improve data management processes and systems.
