We are building specialized simulation software for magnetic choke (inductor) manufacturers. Our mission is to help magnetic component manufacturers to eliminate critical design errors before the first physical prototype is built. Oftentimes there are significant discrepancies between predicted design parameters and the physical prototype. Our application is focused, automatized, and therefore is easier to use compared to general FEM (finite element) packages. It verifies electromagnetic parameters (inductance, voltage, impedance) and predicts thermal loads on core and windings with less than 20% error.

EOF Consulting provides computer simulation services for metallurgy, microwave and electrical heating. Applications include transformers and chokes, induction and microwave heaters. We optimize existing and develop new technologies using virtual prototyping software and good knowledge of physics. Our story dates back to 2017 when we released EOF-Library software. At this moment our solutions and simulation workflows are used by more than 25 institutions and companies worldwide.
