  Fundraising - plan, organise, implement and execute fundraisng programmes from one-off, short-term to sustainable fundraing programmes. Develop a strong bond between donor and the charity. Access a wide range of funding opportunities enabling voluntary and community organisations to spread dependency across a range of funding sources. Volunteer Management Unit - establised, manage and monitor a pool of active volunteers. Draw out systematic programmes for volunteers, monitor volunteer progress, build a strong volunteer network, award volunteers for their acheivements and encourage their growth together with the organisation. Donor Retention Programme - design and strategise retention programme for donors. Rentention helps retain donors from giving to the charitable organisation for a longer period of time. Acheive relationship and bond between charity and donor. Communications & Branding - develop and improve brand positionong of the organisation by working closely with electronic & print media. Structure communications plan to help build brand positioning in a competitive fundraising environment.
