Currently managing Poly New South Wales’ existing two buildings on George Street, I liaise with our appointed property managers, leasing agents, facilities manager and solicitor to drive Poly’s strategy to gain value from these buildings. This is however working toward our greater goal of preparing these assets for redevelopment – Poly Centre Sydney at 210 George Street will be Poly Australia’s first commercial office building in Australia. Preparing for the delivery of Poly Centre Sydney has seen me work closely with all departments across Poly NSW including marketing, finance, cost and contract, design and project management, while liaising with leasing agents and using my network of contacts to ensure pre-leasing targets are met. I have also consulted and been involved in the acquisition evaluation of a number of projects, in particular the retail component and feasibility of Poly Australia’s upcoming mixed-use development in Bankstown, NSW. Key Achievements: • Reduced the vacancy rate at 210 and 220 George Street from 10% to under 3%. • Expanded the asset management team by 50%.
