We developed a straightforward mentoring process with deliverables and progress measurement. Our business mentoring service would not be another black box for HR. At Ambits, I built the factory, so to speak, always looking for ways to improve productivity. By having clear and comprehensive SOPs, whether it be mentor assessments, onboarding processes, communication and collaboration tools, content and visuals, event management, or the mentoring methodology, we could focus on strategic growth. At the same time, our operations ran smoothly and effectively. In the next growth phase, the focus shifted and other skills were needed more. I realized with a factory up and running and built for the future, my added value to Ambits decreased. And so I stepped down. This sounds easier than it was. I went through some stuff.
