-Researched design options to help pilots in the recumbent position to view the outside of the upcoming submarine.-Designed electrical vison system using a camera module and Raspberry PI as the vision system for the pilot in the upcoming submarine (SubSEE team)-Programming the Raspberry PI in python to develop the vision system as well as the processing and overlaying data/graphics (eg: RPM/speed, battery indicator, angular tilting of the submarine) to the system in order to further improve performance.-Research and development on the design of a non-propeller based propulsive system.-Manufactured and modeled the buoyancy compensator mount and electrical enclosure mount of the submarine in SOLIDWORKS.-Designed a pedal testing system to analyze and improve pilot pedaling efficiency and ergonomics, thereby helping pilots increase their RPM.-Did composite work to mount various sub-systems directly to the hull of the submarine using fiberglass.
