  • Plan the plate material requirement based on the inputs from design and project management team. • Use autocad components and Most-2D software for nesting and finalizing the order plate size • Check the stock availability and perform check test for ARM requirement. • Forward the requirement to procurement team if stock is not available or check test fails • Review Plate Cutting Requests (PCR) from planning and prepare Plate Cutting Layouts (PCL) using AUTOCAD-2D and MOST-2D software. • Release PCL to the shop/yard supervisor in ERP LN. • Define cutting allowances as per the plate material and thickness. • Define return balance material to be returned back to stores after plate cutting • Make CNC cutting program in case of CNC cutting using MOST-2D software • Circulate list of customized items of closed projects to respective PMGs and allocate components to running projects as per their requirement. • Make disposal requests for the unusable items and forwarding it to disposal committee.
