  - Assisted Project Managers in managing over 500 individuals volunteering in the construction process of the largest Hindu temple in America, the BAPS Akshardham Temple in Robbinsville, NJ- Managing team of 30 individuals with construction, operating machinery, and creating an efficient process to build the Parikrama (surrounding sandstone arches around the temple)- Took the lead in creating an efficient process of preparing, lifting up, and setting carved sandstone blocks to the top of the Parikrama arches, resulting in speeding up the construction process of the Samrans (domes on top of the arches) by 100%- Planning and executing an efficient process of putting together scaffolding before resuming construction work atop arches to provide a safer environment around the other volunteering individuals and to minimize risk of injury- Worked in unison with other smaller groups and collaborated with those individuals to share ideas about our unique working experiences and ideas for improving efficiency with other tasks- Analyzing construction progress made daily and preparing a weekly progress report and discussing solutions to improve efficiency and speed up construction process if weekly goals are not met
