      The job consists of both promoting the project and selling it. In that project, we sold over 48 apartments between January and December, including a commercial space. The marketing part is equally important, at the moment we have signed contracts with Imobiliare.ro, Olx, street advertising companies and CEO promotion of the Astorium page. The facebook page (minimum 2 posts per week) grew from 1200 followers to approximately 2000 in 12 months organically. As a result, the first block of the complex is completely sold. All clients are monitored in a database. I believe that often clients do not have enough support from sales people. As a result, I closed many sales due to the fact that I provided the legal and technical transparency necessary for a new project. In sales there are factors that can lead to the closing of a transaction, you have to be there 100%.
