Victor and I first met when we asked him to come to China to support on some new business initiatives. He flew in and 3 days later co-led a pitch that resulted in a million dollar + 2 year client contract. He adapted well to Chinese culture, took charge of one of our agencies and led it through a challenging time- stablising declining revenues and kept 70 staff engaged through a leadership transition.
