Victor and I first met when we asked him to come to China to support on some new business initiatives. He flew in and 3 days later co-led a pitch that resulted in a million dollar + 2 year client contract. He adapted well to Chinese culture, took charge of one of our agencies and led it through a challenging time- stablising declining revenues and kept 70 staff engaged through a leadership transition. Excellent depth of strategic marketing and pharma knowledge and someone clients consider a trusted advisor. Would recommend Victor for any healthcare marketing agency leadership positions.

Having Victor on one's team is a great competitive advantage. I feel privileged to have had the opportunity to work with Victor during the past two years in China. Victor is a very strategic marketer as seen in action developing pitches and leading client interactions.
