I have always found Vicki to be hard working, approachable, knowledgable about what can and can't be done. She has been and remains a problem solver. She has always been a go to person for me for issues and data quality. She successfully implemented several processes and functions that my team eventually took over from here, and this transition was managed smoothly due to Vicki's organisational and functional skills, along with a great handover process. Vicki is tenacious and keen to do her job to an exacting and high standard every time, and I feel she would be an asset to any team she works in.
