  As part of the DevIT Cloud team I provided infrastructure support for development teams, local and abroad. I worked with both physical servers and the virtual machines they hosted in our on-site data center across a variety of operating systems, including Windows, macOS, and Linux platforms such as Ubuntu, Red Hat and SUSE, maintaining these platforms and investigating/resolving issues brought to the team.
