Operation of captive power plant (Operation of rotating and static equipment) like,✓ 4 X 100 TPH CFBC Boilers backed up by M/s. Lentjes, Germany(3 Nos) and M/s. IJT, India (1 Nos) {105 bar and 505 degree Celsius)✓ 2 X 16.34 MW (M/s. TOYO DENKI, Japan) condensing and extraction steam turbine with Woodward Governing System and related auxiliaries.✓ 1 X 6.4 MW (BHEL) Back pressure steam turbine with Woodward Governing System and related auxiliaries.✓ 1 X 22.85 MW (HTC GREEN SOUL, China) condensing and extraction steam turbine with Woodward Governing System and related auxiliaries.✓ 1 X 20 MW (HTC GREEN SOUL, China) condensing and extraction steam turbine with Woodward Governing System and related auxiliaries.✓ Multistage pumps like Boiler Feed Water pumps (08 Nos), Water injection pumps supplied by M/s. Sulzer India Ltd.✓ Vertical pumps (Capacity 9000 m3/hr-05 Nos) supplied by M/s. Kirloskar Brothers Ltd.• Boiler shutdown jobs like Hydrotest, DP test, 2nd pass and combustor cleaning, APH Checking, Tubes Checking etc.• To look smooth and trouble-free operation of various types of static and rotary Equipment like Various types of Centrifugal Pumps, Centrifugal and Screw Air Compressors by Atlas Copco, Blowers, Fans, Chillers, Centrifuge & Various types of valves.• Also looking for Steam and Power-Balancing in the plant and Emergency Monitoring System (EMS) too• Implementing of standard operating procedures, equipment lock-out tag-out procedures/work permit procedure of power plant as per company rules.• To maintain daily record of steam and water balance, to prepare monthly plant efficiency, plant production and equipment running hour report of the plant.• Recording of daily activities like pump change-over, start and stop timing of all equipment’s, amount of make-up of water and oil, daily water chemistry report and also work-permit entry in logbook and also maintaining the record of daily labor report entry during each shift.
