I have worked with Vasudha at Superchoice for about two years. I've benefited from her expertise during my on boarding as well as during the delivery of several major projects. Her problem-solving and organisational skills, work ethic, and clear focus on delivering the roadmap laid out by our product owner and other stakeholders. Vasudha is directly responsible for successful delivery of several large projects using Java/Springboot on the back-end and AngularJs and React on the front-end. The last few months of my stay with Superchoice, I have worked in a team lead by Vasudha with a mission to execute a very challenging transformation to ReactJs. During that time, she demonstrated her leadership skills, encouraging innovation, collective learning and mentoring skills. As a colleague, Vasudha is generous with her time, has a good sense of humour and good nature which makes meeting stressful deadlines that much much easier to bear.
