Here in this role, I have taken care of the front-end team on day-to-day activities. From managing the team, resource allocation, showing the right direction, planning their learning sessions, improving team skills, exploring new technologies & frameworks, and motivating the team and strengthening their core. I lead many projects as a front-end developer from planning to the handover of every sprint. As a lead, I have taken care of multiple projects and improved my skill without dropping efficiency anywhere. I was included in induction calls with clients to analyse the design and development requirements to provide better results on the sprint tasks. I started and completed UI/UX designs on two important projects in Mediwave's history successfully.My designs are always appreciated and reviewed quickly as it is always user-centric and developer friendly as I am a developer myself. I got introduced to the front-end development team. I developed web applications in Bootstrap Studio during the initial stages and shifted to GitHub workflow later. Planning the design for the development team on sprint tasks with accurate time efforts is my strength. Developing the product/pages on or before without bugs is what I see as the core standard of a Front-end developer.I was heavily involved in developing unique virtual reality experiences for research purposes. I plan, model, texture, and export 3D models with minimal footprint for the Unity3d game engine to build a VR experience.
