• Operational Planning, priorities setting and resources alignment to accomplish organizational goals for the training department according to the strategic direction set with the Board of Directors.• Planning and Management of Education and Training projects. More specifically: - Develop training solutions based on training needs analysis and on identified skill needs (organizational, occupational, individual) for a wide range of target groups. Design training initiatives, supervise content, format and delivery mode applied accordingly. - Set up and use a wide network of experts for the delivery of a wide range of products (seminars, training, contract activities etc.). - Developing innovative training methods, learning material and e- learning solutions (e.g. Moodle, etc). - Design of the Quality Assurance (QA) plan and monitor the evaluation against predefined QA indicators, for the Vocational Education and Training courses, at national level (5 training centres, in different cities) and abroad (i.e. Cyprus, Georgia, etc). - Financial and activities progress / final reporting and auditing by the respective National / European funding authorities. • Organize and facilitate Conferences, Large scale campaigns & Awareness raising activities. • Organize, coordinate and lead meetings, seminars and workshops.• Human Resources management (HR/recruiting, mentoring, appraisal, career progression).• Participate as a researcher / manager in European projects in the field of Education and Training.
