For over 7 years, I steered the Operational and Administrative functions for (Atlas Copco Authorized Dealer) Vijay Equipment & Spares and created opportunities for revenue generation through effective management of sales and services functions. During this period, I worked as Commanding Officer and successfully managed the entire gamut of administrative and operational functions. I looked after multiple responsibilities like human resource management, training, operations and managing the logistics operations and inventory management of stores/ material, equipment & other high-value assets. I functioned as Technical Advisor to Commander in a Formation Head Quarters. Independently handled entire Formation’s financial budget and concerning issues.
