  Led the R&D team that was creating innovative products for biggest telecom companies in CIS and Africa. Achievements: — In a team of two people developed the first prototype of an application that allows you to listen to your calls, read an automatically generated transcription and search for calls by text. It took us only 6 weeks to create an MVP. — Led the development of the monitoring system that replaced kibana for one of the biggest Russian telecom operator. A little bit more about the project: tables with sorting and filtering that might have up to 150k items, dynamic callflow diagrams and charts, custom sql-like query language for searching. The first prototype was developed in 3 month and rolled in test mode to production after 5 month. - Drag and drop IVR builder. Time to MVP - 2 months. The app had a lot of user interactions and animations and initially worked really slow on low end devices. After the brainstorm session we were able to create a proper architecture for the app to work with 60fps on a computer with 4GB RAM, Pentium E5200. Show less

Achievements: — Led and actively participated in the process of redesigning and improving main pages of the store which significant increased revenue of the company. Here are some of the biggest improvements: new mobile checkout - conversion increased by 7.23%, new search and brands discover menu - increased active time and search queries amount (~20%). — Completely rewrote whole frontend build process. Migrated from sprockets to webpack 4, which allowed us to have up to 50% faster builds. Also made a separate bundles for different browsers (modern, IE, mobile safari) which reduced bundle size by 15.5-21%. — Active transfer of experience and expertise to team members.
