Due to his extensive previous laboratory experience, Vasiliy very quickly learned and then independently executed several complicated research techniques. In particular, after a single demonstration, Vasiliy ran successful repetitions of a lengthy, multi-sample screening protocol for the solubility and purification of expressed membrane proteins.
