      * Complaints Management (final consumers & clients both domestic & abroad): Using a Root Cause Analysis Procedure, I am responsible to resolve Quality and / or Safety Problems / Issues / Deviations, in close collaboration with all the Relevant Departments (30 Production Lines, 4 Production Plants, 800+ employees). Also, responsible for the organization and the completion of all the corrective actions that follow and to monitor of the application of all the corrective actions in the long-term. Major Accomplishments: In a 5-year period, Justified Complaints Index (Yearly Justified Complaints relative to annual production volume), were reduced from 0.65 to 0.19). * Non-Conformances Management (Production-Wise and Suppliers Incidents & Issues) with daily inspections in all the production facilities, raw material storages and final product storages, before and after an external Audit. Major Accomplishments: In a 5-year period, Production-Wise Index (Quality & Safety Generated, Production-Wise Incidents, relative to annual production volume), were reduced from 1.3 to 0.8). * At the same time, Suppliers Incidents & Issues Index (Quality & Safety Detection around Raw Materials, relative to annual production volume), were increased from 0.3 to 0.5). * Performing Internal Audits according to ISO 22000:2018, IFS Food Version 7 & BRC Issue 8. * Ensuring production safety and quality: Quality Control of all the production lines as well as of the production processes (according to product specifications). Quality Assurance & Control of all the Food Safety Practices (Good Hygiene Practices & Good Manufacture Practices) from all personnel. * Employee Training, Supervision & Compliance Monitoring, concerning GHP & GMP in every step of all the processes from the Raw Materials to the final, frozen, packaged products. * Systemic Monitoring, Preparation, Implementation & Revision of several HACCP Documents. * Supervision & Monitoring of Cleaning & Disinfection Programs & Procedures.
