  I turned my passion for food into a career fifteen years ago, when i started my first job in a restaurant in Cork. With a wide experience in Mediterranean cuisine, i was eager to learn more about Irish cuisine and the style of cooking.Working as a chef is one of the most exciting career paths of my life, and after all this years of experience it is my fundamental belief that Food Becomes the Energy that Fuels our Passion..
