I had the honor and the pleasure of working with Vasco for 2 years in a complex context of digital transformation focused on Data. Vasco was recruited after an internship where he demonstrated his potential and his appetite for data. Subsequently he confirmed our hopes, by being a very precious partner and a colleague with whom I had a lot of fun working and interacting. In his role as BI Analyst, he has played a vital role in infusing this Data Driven culture essential for our project. He helped to make an inventory of existing data, diagnose their quality, and define a plan for collecting new data sets. Then, he worked closely with our data engineers to build an data architecture to visualize these data. He was particularly distinguished in the design and construction of numerous BI reports, but also their communication and dissemination, ensuring their uses. We also worked on a data monetization project during which his creative spirit, innovation, enthusiasm, analytical skills and sense of results were useful for our team.
