Smarten Spaces is a Singapore based Proptech company established in 2016. We built the world’s first platform for spaces comprising of 30+ micro services with integrations that make adoption possible for any enterprise, coworking center and developer. My role with the company was to set up the business in Mumbai. I embarked on this journey in 2018 by moving from Australia to Mumbai to set up the team, channels, sales and run all business development. Over 18 months, I helped the company by bringing three (3) fortune 100 and two (2) fortune 500 companies and signing them up. The ARR grew at an exceptional rate and helped me further grow the business. We set out to set up channels which will further help us increase our ARR as well as create great long lasting symbiotic relationships as well as create a seamless experience for our customers

Head of global launch team
-
Jan 2019 - Apr 2019
I was made responsible to lead the launch for our first global SaaS product that was to be launched in three key global business hubs which included Singapore, India and the United States. Coworking has taken the real estate market by storm and has become a complete disruptor of the most conservative but stable asset class. We witnessed this disruption in its early days with Wework and embarked on a journey to set up a complete SaaS based product that helps coworking space providers fully automate their day to day tasks with an end-to-end solution whilst providing a seamless and engaging tenant interface. To create an ecosystem for each country, I sourced other SaaS providers in printing, access control etc. to truly make Jumpree an end-to-end solution. We set up additional partnerships, created a website, got all processes in place for the launch.
